Table stripping machine for enamelled copper wire
The BTM-2 is used to strip round and flat wires made of enamelled wires ranging from 0.2 to 6 mm. It is possible to convert the device to different brush diameters.
The distances between the brushes are continuously adjustable using a knurled screw. The direction of rotation of the top motor can be changed using a key switch, making it possible to strip round as well as flat wires. If the brushes are rotating in the same direction, there is no pulling force generated on the wire and profiles can be stripped as well. As the machine runs without gears or transmissions, it is very quiet with an idle speed noise level of only 62 dB(A).
Brushes with different diameters and different bristle strengths are available for different wire diameters.

Our brush stripping machine BTM-2 for enameled copper wires
The BTM-2 electric bench top wire stripping machine has been specially designed for round and flat wires. With the steel wire brushes, round or flat enameled copper wires in the range of 0.2 to 6 mm can be stripped. It is possible to convert to different brush diameters. Depending on your wire size or the material you are processing, you can choose between three different brush diameters: 22, 30 and 40 mm.
The distances between the brushes can be continuously adjusted using a knurled screw. With the key switch it is possible to change the direction of rotation of the upper motor. This allows both round and flat wires to be stripped.
Our brush stripping machine is therefore particularly suitable for flat copper. When the brushes rotate in the same direction, there is no pull on the wire. In this way, profiles can be stripped. If round wires are to be stripped, the key switch is simply turned back in the opposite direction of rotation.
Since our brush stripping machine works without gears and without transmission ratios, it is very quiet with only 62 dB(A) idling noise. Optionally, we can also supply the BTM-2 with a connection for dust extraction.

The operation of our stripping machine is very simple. You insert the enameled wire between the brushes at the front, then turn the wire 90 degrees and pull it out again afterwards.
