The PC 65 pneumatic crimper crimps a wide variety of terminal types. The crimping process is triggered by a foot switch. This leaves the operator's hands free to insert the conductor and terminal. The two-stage operating mode can be used to fix the contact before crimping. Complex contacts are thus processed easily and without errors. Recurring setting values can be stored in a database via the PC 65 touch panel. Pressure and displacement sensors monitor the crimp force and the closing movement of the dies. In the event of deviations, the crimping process is interrupted and a fault message is shown on the display. This ensures consistently good crimp quality. The carrying handle and low weight make the PC 65 a perfect tool for many workplaces. The dies are easily changed in just a few steps. In addition to a large number of standard dies, special designs are also possible.
